Overview

The Bilingual Personal Lines Damage Insurance Broker will provide exceptional customer service while managing inquiries and resolving issues related to home and auto insurance.

In Short

• Respond to telephone inquiries and written requests.
• Resolve product and service problems.
• Attract potential clients and provide product information.
• Prepare responses to routine correspondence.
• Process rewrites and remarkets according to guidelines.
• Maintain records of insurance transactions.
• Provide quality service while adhering to standards.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• AMF license.
• Minimum one year experience in personal lines insurance.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual in English and French.
• RIBO and/or other licenses are an asset.
