Requirements

  • RIBO license required.
  • Minimum of two years’ sales experience in insurance.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills with all stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with EPIC, ARS, Salesforce preferred.
  • Resilient and persistent in overcoming challenges.
