Overview

The Vice-President for the Ontario Region will oversee regional operations, focusing on growth, client satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • University degree in business, finance or related field.
  • RIBO licence, AMF or other National License.
  • Minimum of ten years in insurance underwriting, sales, and service.
  • At least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Strong leadership and focus on growth and client satisfaction.
  • Experience in regional operations and strategic planning.
  • Understanding of home & auto insurance market trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple business functions.
