Salesforce Developer - Remote

Overview

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for implementing designs, developing Salesforce applications, and maintaining existing configurations while navigating through all stages of the software development lifecycle.

• Work with internal teams and external partners to develop business solutions using Salesforce technologies.
• Configure and develop Salesforce multi-cloud CRM solutions.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop custom Salesforce UI and programming logic in LWC and Apex.
• Maintain and optimize API-based integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting for Salesforce CRM solutions.
• Collaborate on multi-cloud CRM solutions supporting OTIP initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity and seamless data flow.
• Work closely with stakeholders to meet business requirements.
• Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in a related field.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer or equivalent.
• 2+ years of development experience with Salesforce CRM platforms.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and more.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Apex, and Lightning Web Component.
• General web development experience including HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate in French is an asset.
