We’re supporting a well-established SaaS company in the search for a Salesforce Developer to lead the development and support of key internal systems that power Revenue Operations and cross-functional teams.

• Lead Salesforce development and automation.
• Manage integrations with platforms like NetSuite and Zendesk.
• Design and develop custom solutions using Apex and Salesforce Flow.
• Customize and maintain various Salesforce clouds.
• Handle user administration and permissions.
• Respond to internal support requests and manage data needs.
• Monitor and improve data quality and system performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions.
• Coach users on Salesforce best practices.
• Document internal processes and recommend new tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
• Strong experience with Apex and Salesforce Flow.
• Willingness to learn new tools like Zendesk.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• HTML and CSS experience is a plus.
