Salesforce Developer - Remote

Overview

The Salesforce Developer is responsible for both advanced administrative configuration and technical development within Salesforce across all company channels, balancing day-to-day administration with the design and implementation of advanced solutions.

In Short

• Perform Salesforce administration and configuration, including flows, custom objects, third-party integrations, permission sets, and security best practices.
• Implement and maintain a strong Slack ↔ Salesforce integration.
• Develop and maintain custom code using APEX, REST APIs, scheduled jobs, and metadata configurations.
• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components for both Public Digital Experiences and internal Lightning Experience (LEX) users.
• Troubleshoot and optimize inefficient configurations, proactively reducing technical debt and improving scalability.
• Partner with Engineering to enhance existing API integrations and assist in building new integrations.
• Support Salesforce Administrators by providing expertise on projects requiring custom logic or advanced automation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with at least 1 year in a developer capacity.
• Current Salesforce certification(s) (Platform Developer I or higher required).
• Experience with Salesforce REST API, custom REST Endpoints, Bulk API, and high-volume API integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Strong communication skills with experience partnering across Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Legal, and Executive stakeholders.
