Senior Product Manager - CRM, Integrations & Automations - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a driven, self-motivated Senior Product Manager to serve as the Product Owner for the Houzz Pro CRM and the owner of our platform APIs, third-party integrations, and workflow automations.

In Short

• Define the product vision, roadmap, and goals for Houzz Pro CRM and integrations.
• Lead the development of resilient integrations with various tools.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure unified workflows and consistent UX.
• Conduct market research and user feedback analysis.
• Own the product backlog and write PRDs and user stories.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and compliant experiences.
• Define and track KPIs for product performance.
• Communicate product roadmap and outcomes to stakeholders.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with major CRMs and API integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of Product Management experience with CRM/platform integrations.
• Proven track record in delivering APIs and integrations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset to translate data into actionable insights.
• History of delivering complex products to market.
