Overview

As a Senior Product Manager at Trunk Tools, you will lead the development of our integrations platform, leveraging your expertise in B2B software integrations to enhance productivity in the construction industry.

• Lead the development of Trunk Tools' integrations platform for construction.
• Conduct structured discovery sessions with customers to inform strategic recommendations.
• Map source system data into the construction ontology.
• Manage internal and external expectations around priorities and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Ops for successful product launches.
• Establish and improve SDLC processes.
• Ensure critical data is captured around customer usage.
• Provide feedback to optimize customer expectation management.
• Work with the CPO to enhance data-driven decision making.
• Must be located in a US time zone.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a B2B SaaS Product Manager with integrations experience.
• Experience in maturing existing products and incubating new ones.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to partner effectively with various organizational levels.
• Team player skilled in collaboration.
• Ability to learn and drive outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Strong sense of empathy for users in the built world.
• Fascination with technology and AI.
• Experience with JIRA in a SOC2 Type II environment.
• CSPO and CSM certifications are desired but not required.
