Overview

The Bilingual Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying customer needs and selling home and auto insurance products, while fostering relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Identify customer needs and build on existing products.
  • Sell products by establishing contact with prospects and maintaining relationships.
  • Participate actively in team and individual contributions for business improvement.
  • Resolve customer inquiries while minimizing effort required from customers.
  • Process account changes and maintain accurate customer documentation.
  • Tackle complex insurance-related cases effectively.
  • Maintain logs of quotes and sales for reporting.
  • Stay updated on underwriting guidelines and market changes.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • AMF license or willingness to obtain it within 60 days.
  • Minimum three years’ experience in personal lines insurance.
  • Exceptional communication skills for dealing with stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and customer handling.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Epic and Salesforce preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Other national licenses are an asset.
