Overview

The Sales & Service Broker is responsible for placing and maintaining insurance coverage for antique auto, collector car and motorcycle products, while providing customer-focused solutions and monitoring renewals.

In Short

  • Sell Lifestyle products by developing relationships with prospects.
  • Service motorcycle and collector car products.
  • Contribute to business improvement as part of a team.
  • Identify appropriate coverage for customers.
  • Cross-sell other products such as Home and Auto insurance.
  • Generate policies and calculate premiums.
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email.
  • Report claims to the insurance company.
  • Attend trade shows for customer engagement.
  • Process endorsements and cancellations.

Requirements

  • Completion of secondary school.
  • RIBO license required; other national licenses considered an asset.
  • Willingness to obtain national licensing.
  • Industry designations such as CAIB, CPIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM are assets.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with EPIC and Applied Rating Services is an asset.
  • Experience in customer-focused solutions and relationship building.
  • Knowledge of antiques autos and motorcycles is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate in French is an asset.
