Overview

The Bilingual Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying customer needs and developing contact plans to enhance personal insurance business, while fostering relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate customer documentation and logs.
  • Tackle complex insurance-related cases creatively.
  • Keep updated on underwriting guidelines and market changes.
  • Participate in team efforts for business improvement.
  • Process account changes and prepare correspondence.
  • Follow up on client communications promptly.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • AMF license or willingness to obtain it within 60 days.
  • Minimum three years of experience in personal lines, automobile, and property insurance.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder interactions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a positive demeanor.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, with preference for Epic and Salesforce experience.
  • Bilingual communication in English and French.
  • Other national licenses are considered an asset.
