Overview

The Business Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in analyzing business, systems, and process requirements, creating functional specifications, and identifying opportunities for business optimization.

Requirements

• Ability to analyze data sets and present findings.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of educational, insurance, financial, or call center industries is an asset.
• Expertise in systems analysis and design techniques.
• Experience with analytics tools like SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Ability to work in an agile/scrum environment.
