In Short

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of care providers.
• Drive achievement of member acquisition targets.
• Function as a liaison between healthcare providers and members.
• Verify insurance and eligibility for services.
• Engage new enrollees and potential members.
• Communicate program qualifying criteria to members.
• Develop and maintain positive member relationships.
• Assess and address technical difficulties in enrollment.
• Manage key reports and track relevant data.
• Partner with leadership to define member care strategies.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in healthcare coordination.
• Degree in a health and science related field.
• Fluent in healthcare terminology.
• Knowledge of health insurance plans.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team.
• Comfortable with administrative technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service qualities.
• Availability to work M-F 12p-8p EST.
