ServiceNow ITOM Product Manager - Remote

Overview

This position is a lead role in the management of our ServiceNow ITOM, critical in supporting the development and implementation of the overall ServiceNow ITOM strategy while operational objectives and strategic business initiatives are met.

In Short

• Lead technical governance and delivery for ServiceNow ITOM.
• Partner with stakeholders to define and document requirements.
• Develop and maintain a governance strategy for decision-making.
• Provide architectural controls for discovery and CMDB.
• Work with the ServiceNow development team to select effective solutions.
• Align with platform architects to ensure compliance and security standards.
• Drive continual ITOM improvement and CMDB adoption.
• Lead a group of developers in managing releases and business requests.
• Utilize SAFe Agile Methodology in project management.
• Engage with key stakeholders on platform strategy and architecture.

Requirements

• 7+ years managing ServiceNow ITOM delivery.
• 5+ years in product manager/product owner roles.
• 5+ years managing best practices for ITOM.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 5+ years of problem management experience with ITIL awareness.
• 5+ years of infrastructure configuration experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on MID-server configuration experience.
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow CSDM Model.
• 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
