The Senior Analyst in Results Management will provide support for productivity and performance metrics within healthcare programs, ensuring accurate reporting and data analysis.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant fields.
• Knowledge of compliance and quality reporting requirements.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies preferred.
• Nursing License preferred.
• Ability to navigate difficult conversations.
