Outreach Associate - Remote

Overview

The Outreach Associate at Oak Street Health is responsible for building relationships within the community to engage Medicare-eligible seniors and schedule them for initial appointments.

• Develop relationships with community members.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills for connecting with community members.
• Experience with sales and customer engagement.
• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 25-45 lbs for event setup.
• US work authorization.
• Comfort with personal sales goals.
• Team player who contributes to team effectiveness.
• Willingness to work outside standard hours when necessary.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other relevant languages is preferred.
