Overview

The Client Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing a team that handles day-to-day tasks and deliverables while ensuring client satisfaction and effective communication with key stakeholders.

In Short

  • Oversee a team managing client operations and deliverables.
  • Act as a primary contact for stakeholders including Data and Production teams.
  • Prioritize client issues to enhance satisfaction and business success.
  • Support new client and program implementations.
  • Manage team performance and development.
  • Ensure compliance with SOW requirements for client deliverables.
  • Monitor and report on client direct mail campaigns.
  • Perform quality assurance on reports and deliverables.
  • Communicate updates and escalations to internal stakeholders.
  • Provide backup support for account management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of client-facing experience.
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience with leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data organization.
  • Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Slides).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to manage tight timelines and diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but equivalent experience accepted.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
