Overview

As an Associate Manager in Clinical Health Services at CVS Health, you will oversee a behavioral health appeals team and be responsible for ensuring compliance with policies while fostering team development.

Requirements

• Master's Degree and active licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LPC preferred).
• 3+ years clinical experience.
• 2+ years appeals experience.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to evaluate and interpret data.
• Effective communication skills with various stakeholders.
• Ability to build morale and commitment within the team.
