Requirements

• 5+ years post-master’s degree clinical experience for Behavioral Health License.
• 5 years post-bachelor's clinical experience for Registered Nursing License.
• Active and unrestricted Illinois state licenses required.
• Preferred experience in managed Medicare/Medicaid.
• Leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
• Skills in data evaluation and improvement interventions.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build team morale.
• Master's Degree required for Behavioral Health License.
