Overview

The Manager, Regulatory Complaints is responsible for managing the collaborative filing processes with cross-functional stakeholders, conducting research and regulatory outreach, and overseeing submission documents and regulatory approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
• 1+ years of SERFF and HIOS experience.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
