Oscar Medical Group is hiring Bilingual (Spanish) Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our Oscar Primary Care team, aiming to refactor healthcare and help members achieve their healthcare goals.

In Short

• Manage a panel of members in various states.
• Provide virtual care for patients (18+) via phone, messaging, and video.
• Collaborate with physicians on complex cases.
• Follow up on labs and imaging.
• Utilize remote monitoring tools for virtual exams.
• Be available on call for lab escalations.
• Maintain a flexible patient schedule.
• Participate in collaborative care with behavioral health specialists.
• Flex between various virtual care products.

Requirements

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program.
• Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC).
• Fluency in Spanish (read, write, speak).
• 3+ years of in-person primary care experience.
• 2+ years of experience delivering virtual care.
• Licensed in at least one specified state.
• Compact RN license (if an APRN).

Benefits

• Base pay of $130,000 - $136,500 per year.
