  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives.
  • Drive success in new business ARR and expansion targets.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • Ensure AEs are equipped with the skills and knowledge to thrive.
  • Contribute directly to the overall growth and success of the business.
  • 3+ years of experience in building and leading sales teams.
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Excitement for recruiting and team planning.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and other CRMs.

Requirements

  • Experience selling into sales leaders, focusing on sales tech software.
  • Previous experience in a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with sales technology trends and tools.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements.
