In Short

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold outreach
  • Obsess on achieving daily & weekly against prospecting targets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target mid-market accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth
  • Focus on forecasting accurately and maintaining favorable coverage
  • Track daily sales activities and maintain CRM hygiene
  • Execute sales-plays defined by Orkes leadership team
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle

Requirements

  • Experience in a Sales and/or Business Development role
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Self-starter with a record of overachieving against your quota
  • Rigorous Sales Methodology and Sales Process knowledge
  • Experience selling to developers and engineering leadership
