Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer at Orderly, you will provide Level 2 support, assisting clients with technical issues and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

In Short

  • Provide timely and accurate feedback to customers and client service teams.
  • Investigate technical issues and perform analysis using logs.
  • Classify urgency of service incidents and escalate as necessary.
  • Document workarounds for known technical issues.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product managers, and developers.
  • Maintain engagement in a dynamic industry.
  • Utilize communication tools like JIRA, Zendesk, and Telegram.
  • Guide clients in implementing trading programs using APIs.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot using tools like Linux Shell Script and SQL.
  • Contribute to the development of support tools.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical support or customer service.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (C++, Java, Python, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with RESTful and Websocket protocols.
  • Experience with monitoring tools like ELK and Grafana.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a results-driven environment.
  • Experience in developing trading systems is a plus.
