Surgeon Recruiter - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing oral surgery practice. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier oral surgeons.

In Short

• Partner with operations to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies for clinical and non-clinical positions.
• Source and screen candidates using various platforms.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application through onboarding.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 2-3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Knowledge of oral surgeons, training, and credentialing requirements.
• Experience using CRM and recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple openings.
• Willingness to travel for events and recruiting efforts.
