Overview

As an Area Director, Enterprise Sales, you will play a critical role in driving your Enterprise sales team to successfully sell Optro's full suite of products to leaders in the GRC industry.

In Short

  • Drive portfolio business of high velocity new “lands” and expand strategic accounts.
  • Recruit top talent who possess high intelligence, strong character, and coach-ability.
  • Lead AEs in achieving individual, team, and organizational quotas.
  • Drive strategic deals and accounts to six-figure and seven-figure victories.
  • Monitor account planning and execution for maximum revenue potential.
  • Provide strategic leadership for sales forecasting and commission planning.
  • Coach sales teams and ensure cohesive work with operations and engineering.
  • Build a predictable business focused on the end-to-end sales process.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts.
  • Engage with C-level prospects to position strategic value propositions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of related experience, with 3+ years in enterprise B2B software sales.
  • Experience in high-growth enterprise B2B SaaS environments preferred.
  • Proven ability to engage at a C-Suite level within enterprise accounts.
  • Experience building and leading a sales organization.
  • Excellent cross-organization partnership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of value-based selling.
  • Strong EQ skills to inspire and drive a team.
  • Experience selling with and through alliances/partners.
