Overview

The Cyber Operations Manager over Threat Detection & Response is responsible for ensuring early and accurate detection, response, and containment of threats directed against clients. This role requires deep security knowledge and the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.

Requirements

• 12+ years of IT and Information Security experience.
• 5+ years leading Threat Detection and Response teams.
• Experience in cyber operations centers and managed services.
• Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, etc.).
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Deep understanding of SIEM and EDR solutions.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Experience with ITIL and security analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with ticketing and knowledge management systems.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members.
