Overview

The Client Experience & Loyalty manager will drive the strategic development, operational execution and ongoing client experience lifecycle to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and lifetime value, as well as reduce churn.

  • Expand existing Client Loyalty program.

  • Lead meetings with executive stakeholders.
  • Utilize Salesforce for reporting and client management.
  • Foster a culture of client advocacy and continuous improvement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or related field.
  • 4-7 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry is preferred.
  • Ability to articulate information clearly to all levels.
  • Proven relationship-building skills with senior leaders.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Reporting and Dashboards.
  • Ability to provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Confident in leading meetings and resolving issues.
  • Experience in client retention strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to track client behavior.
