A detail-oriented and reliable Paralegal is needed to support litigation and probate-related legal work for a U.S.-based law practice. This role focuses on legal document preparation, court filings, discovery support, and case organization.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in a U.S. law firm.
• Litigation experience required; probate or trust experience preferred.
• Familiarity with U.S. court procedures and electronic filing systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow legal instructions.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet and professional workspace.
• Availability during US Pacific Time hours.
