Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Background in Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy, or Wellness preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with skincare products and industry terminology.
• Comfortable using call software and Google Workspace.
• Empathetic and patient personality.
