Overview

A proactive and dependable Operations & Customer Service Associate to support the day-to-day operations and customer experience of our e-commerce brand. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions and logistics tasks efficiently.

In Short

• Respond to customer inquiries via TikTok Shop, email, and other messaging platforms.
• Provide timely and professional responses to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners for order fulfillment.
• Monitor fulfillment queues and resolve lost package issues.
• Maintain communication on social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
• Document customer cases and communicate recurring issues to the operations team.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks to improve workflow efficiency.
• Proven experience in customer service or e-commerce operations is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, e-commerce operations, or order management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with logistics partners is advantageous.
• Comfortable working in a remote team environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms is preferred.
