Litigation and Risk Paralegal - Remote

Overview

Angi is seeking a Litigation and Risk Paralegal to join one of the most recognizable home services brands in North America. The Paralegal will have primary responsibility for investigation and response to escalated pre-litigation disputes. The position is fully remote, and will report to the SVP, Associate General Counsel of Angi.

In Short

• Investigate and draft responses to escalated consumer complaints.
• Manage templates for escalated dispute letters.
• Develop processes for managing escalated disputes.
• Assist with fact investigation for ongoing litigation.
• Prepare electronic data for document production in litigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and paralegal certification.
• 6+ years’ experience as paralegal supporting litigation.
• Knowledge of state and federal litigation procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines with quality and accuracy.
• Self-starter with problem-solving skills.
• Trustworthy and positive attitude.
