Overview

Weintraub Tobin is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for our Sacramento office, providing sophisticated legal services to businesses and individuals.

In Short

• Full-time position in Sacramento
• On-site for the first 90 days, then hybrid schedule may be available
• Create and maintain internal case databases
• Conduct document searches using e-Discovery tools
• Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions
• Oversee document progress through litigation
• Prepare for and attend trials/arbitrations
• Manage electronic trial presentation tools
• Handle all aspects of discovery
• Act as a liaison between departments and outside vendors

Requirements

• 10 years of complex litigation experience required
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
• Trial experience strongly preferred
• Extensive experience with legal database software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and litigation software
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple files and projects
• Strong communication skills
