Product Engineer & Customer Success for Sustainable Real Estate Software - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a self-motivated Product Engineer to strengthen our Delivery unit sitting between Product and (Technical) Customer Success. You’ll play a pivotal role in assuring that our clients’ use our product to the full potential, acting as the primary point of contact post-sale, leading the customer onboarding, coaching users and providing guidance to clients & users of Optiml on a day-by-day basis. Further, you will support in Product development to close the client feedback loop. You become the expert for the intimate details of our software, helping our clients to meet their financial & decarbonization goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in the Real Estate / AEC industry.
• Master's degree in engineering or related disciplines.
• Fluent in English and German (C1 level or native).
• Data-driven approach and excellent analytical skills.
• Highly self-motivated and organized.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
