Overview

We are seeking a Billing and Collections Specialist to manage our invoicing, payment tracking, and collections processes with accuracy and professionalism.

In Short

• Part-Time position, 20 hours per week
• Schedule: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM PST
• Generate and send invoices through QuickBooks
• Track payments and manage customer collections
• Maintain and update financial records in HubSpot
• Reconcile accounts and process refunds
• Collaborate with internal teams for effective client communication
• Prepare and present regular reports on collections
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Strong follow-up skills and professional communication

Requirements

• Experience with Basecamp, VoIP, and QuickBooks
• Strong understanding of invoicing and collections processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Strong follow-up skills
