The Regional Vice President for Sub-Saharan Africa will lead the execution of Operation Smile’s strategic goals in the region, acting as a senior leader responsible for program delivery, partnership development, and organizational culture.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in international development, global health, or related field.
• 10 years of international program experience, preferably in healthcare.
• 15 years of senior leadership experience.
• Must reside in Sub-Saharan Africa or be willing to relocate.
• Fluent in English; additional SSA languages are a plus.
• Strong diplomatic and political acumen.
• Proven success in cross-cultural team management.
• Exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience with global organizations and compliance standards.
• Ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.
