Overview

The Regional Volunteer Coordinator will support the management and engagement of volunteers across multiple countries in the Middle East and North Africa, coordinating their involvement in medical programs.

Requirements

• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in an international NGO context preferred.
• Willingness to travel 10% of the year.
• Ability to work outside standard hours as needed.
