Overview

The Global Program Manager for Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa will play a pivotal role in shaping Operation Smile’s direct surgical delivery programs and extensive educational investments in the healthcare workforce in the region.

In Short

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for country foundations.
• Work closely with Program technical teams on educational offerings.
• Support countries in launching and monitoring the Cleft Competency Pathway Program.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop multi-year strategies.
• Coordinate and evaluate educational program offerings.
• Develop partnerships with NGOs and health organizations.
• Ensure adherence to monitoring and evaluation processes.
• Support financial and budgeting processes for initiatives.
• Attend team and strategy meetings.
• Advocate for educational investments in local healthcare.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• 5 years of Program Management experience in education/health.
• Experience in managing partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of Global Health Systems.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work in diverse cultural contexts.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
• Experience in low-resource settings advantageous.
• Passion for health equity.
• Strong project management skills.
