Overview

The MEP Coordinator, Electrical will oversee electrical construction activities for a hyperscale data center project, ensuring design intent, quality, and schedule are achieved.

In Short

• Coordinate installation of MV/LV power distribution and grounding systems.
• Support field QA/QC inspections against IFC drawings.
• Interface with GC, trade partners, and design engineers.
• Track progress against schedule milestones.
• Manage RFI and submittal flow related to electrical scope.
• Support safety and startup procedures.
• Provide field feedback for design improvements.
• Coordinate closely with Mechanical and BMS teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years managing electrical scope on mission-critical projects.
• Understanding of medium-voltage distribution and switchgear sequencing.
• Adept at reading one-lines and schematics.
• Strong safety and quality mindset.
