As a Cushing Terrell team member, you will create built environments that push the boundaries of cutting-edge design and contribute to thriving communities.

In Short

• Provide drawing input and set up utilizing office standards
• Assist in production of construction documents utilizing Revit
• Collaborate with peers and train less experienced drafters
• Coordinate production of documents with other departments
• Produce CADD based documents and changes
• Prepare construction documents as directed
• Perform basic architectural and engineering calculations
• Conduct site surveys for as-building existing systems
• Assist in the preparation of system or building layouts
• Size ductwork and piping based on calculations

Requirements

• An associate degree or higher in related fields
• 10+ years of job-related experience
• Proficient in Autodesk MEP Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of HVAC and Plumbing systems
• Ability to effectively manage time
• Proficient in modeling HVAC and Plumbing systems using MEP Revit
• Ability to model systems in 3D using BIM software
