IT Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Open Home Foundation is looking for an IT Engineer based in Europe to join our back-office department and lead the IT operations and security of our recently created organization.

In Short

• Provisioning, configuring, and maintaining software licenses across the IT infrastructure.
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating security risks to IT systems and data.
• Managing relationships with third-party vendors providing IT products and services.
• Tracking and managing IT equipment and hardware assets.
• Providing technical support to employees experiencing IT issues.
• Applying upgrades and security fixes for self-hosted software.

Requirements

• Five years experience in IT Management.
• Expertise in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Professional Fluency in English.
• European Residency.
