As Sidecar Health's IT Engineer, you will enhance IT and InfoSec Operations while improving user experience through effective infrastructure implementation. You’ll provide user-facing support, create documentation, and resolve technical issues.

Manage user systems such as Microsoft Azure, Jamf, Intune, Jira, and Confluence
Identify and implement improvements to IT tools and processes
Provide technical support and resolve issues through efficient ticket handling
Partner with IT leadership to prioritize and distribute support requests effectively
Lead and contribute to operations and infrastructure projects
Refine, manage, and document IAM processes
Optimize MDM systems through automation and monitoring
Support security reviews and compliance initiatives
Participate in on-call rotations for IT/InfoSec incident response
Assist with evaluating and configuring VDI solutions
Requirements
3+ years of experience in an IT role
Proficiency in managing multi-platform environments and SaaS tools
Strong analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Adaptability to manage multiple priorities
An Information Security mindset
Basic understanding of network security principles
Eagerness to learn new skills
Prior experience with Azure and Jamf is essential
Bachelor’s degree required
