Node.js Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Open Home Foundation is looking for a Node.js Engineer with DevOps and Cloud experience, based in Europe, to join our Back-office team responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Foundation.

In Short

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance Node.js applications.
• Ensure performance and quality of cloud services used by OHF projects.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and delivery.
• Architect and develop highly available backend systems with Docker and Redis.
• Own the development and maintenance of self-hosted software like community forums.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in back-end development.
• 3+ years of experience with Node.js.
• 3+ years of experience with Typescript.
• Experience with the NestJS Framework.
• Experience with cloud services.
• Experience with Git and GitHub.
• Professional fluency in English.
• European residency is required.
