In Short

  • Drive sales growth and brand development.
  • Manage daily sales operations and execute territory plans.
  • Regularly engage with prospective and existing customers.
  • Provide sales training to retailers on product features.
  • Develop and maintain territory sales target lists.
  • Assist retailers with merchandising and purchasing.
  • Participate in trade shows and promotional events.
  • Resolve retailer issues in a timely manner.
  • Must be comfortable with extensive travel across Canada and the U.S.
  • Candidates must reside in Alberta or British Columbia.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in territory management.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven with analytical skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Financially savvy with budget management experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver’s license and passport required.
