Manager, Information Technology (IT) - Remote

Overview

The Manager, IT Operations will lead and execute all aspects of Open Farm’s technology operations, supporting ~120 employees in a hybrid work environment.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT needs.
• Lead and prioritize IT support operations.
• Manage and optimize the IT ticketing system.
• Develop and maintain an AI-powered support portal.
• Oversee office infrastructure for reliability and security.
• Procure, configure, and deploy hardware and software.
• Manage the full lifecycle of company devices.
• Administer and enhance core business platforms.
• Conduct regular cybersecurity reviews.
• Provide on-call support for critical incidents.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT operations experience.
• Experience balancing strategic IT planning with service delivery.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Strong skills in hardware provisioning and asset management.
• Experience managing IT ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of endpoint security and patch management.
• Familiarity with AI tools for knowledge management.
• ITIL certification is a plus.
• Strong communicator with excellent people skills.
