Senior Product Manager, Protocol - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced product manager with a strong technical background to join the Protocol team. This role will own the strategy, roadmap and execution of critical parts of the core rollup protocol. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teammates at OP Labs and the Optimism Collective to deliver fast, cheap, secure and censorship-resistant blockspace to the Superchain, enabling decentralized applications at scale.

In Short

Requirements

• 5+ years of product and engineering experience.
• Deep technical expertise in protocol design and engineering.
• Proficiency with crypto and understanding of blockchain ecosystems.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ownership mentality focused on driving initiatives to completion.
