Senior Product Manager, Protocol - Remote

Overview

Ondo Finance is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of a new web3 infrastructure aimed at becoming the leading Real World Asset blockchain platform.

In Short

• Lead a large initiative for Ondo Finance.
• Build core 0-1 web3 infrastructure.
• Work with developers and institutions to understand their needs.
• Define a world-class developer experience.
• Use metrics and insights to identify new opportunities.
• Update external developer documentation.
• Help define Ondo DAO governance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Operations teams.
• Prioritize and execute on a roadmap for MVP delivery.
• Influence the largest infrastructure project at Ondo.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management or founder experience.
• 1+ years in web3 or crypto, preferably with L1/L2 blockchain.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols and smart contracts.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with cross-functional teams.
• Strong ownership mentality.
• Based in PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones.
• Ability to execute in fast-paced environments.
• Nice to have: experience with Cosmos SDK.
