Senior Protocol Product Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Protocol Product Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing our staking performance across multiple protocols, collaborating with various teams to drive improvements.

In Short

• Own and drive the staking performance optimization product roadmap for key protocols
• Collaborate with DevOps, Engineering, Data Science, and Protocol teams
• Lead multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high quality standards
• Develop deep understanding of protocol-specific nuances
• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation
• Work with Sales and Marketing teams to communicate protocol capabilities

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience
• Strong technical background (computer science degree or technical PM experience)
• Experience with protocol staking
• Excellent project management skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated success in a remote work environment
