Junior DevOps Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Junior DevOps Engineer at Figment, you will support the deployment and operation of staking tools for blockchain operations while gaining hands-on experience in a fully remote environment.

In Short

• Support the deployment and operation of staking tools for blockchain networks.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues with senior engineers.
• Write automation scripts and tools in Python, TypeScript, or Go.
• Maintain AWS-based infrastructure and manage Kubernetes clusters.
• Contribute to monitoring system health and performance.
• Participate in on-call rotations for production support.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a DevOps or software engineering role.
• Experience coding in Python, TypeScript, or Go.
• Familiarity with AWS services.
• Exposure to Kubernetes and Helm is a plus.
• Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous team environment.
