Overview

As a GTM Recruiter at Figment, you will manage the full recruiting life cycle for Sales and Marketing functions, contributing to the growth of a leading blockchain infrastructure company.

In Short

• Run the full recruiting life cycle for GTM roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to set hiring plans.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for diverse talent.
• Conduct searches globally in EMEA, APAC, and North America.
• Create and update job descriptions and maintain ATS.
• Collaborate with the Recruiting Coordinator for candidate scheduling.
• Maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors.
• Contribute to other departmental searches as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in high growth environments.
• Success in fast-paced hiring environments.
• Experience with direct recruitment and enterprise sales team building.
• Knowledge of Blockchain/Crypto is required.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Experience recruiting on a global scale.
